On March 10, the Easter Retreat Preparation Committee held an online meeting to prepare for the retreat, which is about 3 weeks away. This meeting was held to finalize the schedule and discuss major preparations for each sequence and issues for cooperation beyond each part.
Through the meeting, detailed schedules for rehearsals and cue sheets were finalized, and interpretation, programs, media, invitations to overseas members, staff recruitment and training, etc. were discussed.
In particular, with the emphasis on nurturing new people and counting, the preparation committee plans to use robots to count confirmed new believers in real-time and share the status of invitations for newcomers with all Korean members.
The preparation meeting ended with a resolution to seek the power of the Holy Spirit and do our best for a grace-filled retreat, and with a prayer that many new believers would be invited. The preparation committee will closely monitor the situation through weekly meetings until the retreat.
