33rd Asia Pacific Regional General Assembly Concludes in Grace

A Holy Gathering of Worship, Reflection, and Rededication

Hoengseong, Korea – October 28–30, 2025

The 33rd General Assembly of the Olivet Assembly of Asia Pacific  was held from October 28 to 30 in Hoengseong, Gangwon Province, Korea.
Leaders and representatives from churches and ministries across the Asia Pacific region gathered to reflect on God’s work over the past year and to seek His guidance for the ministry of the coming year.

A Sacred Gathering of Worship and the Word

This year’s GA was held under the theme verse, “In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins” (Ephesians 1:7).
Throughout the three-day program—filled with worship, messages, departmental meetings, special lectures, and regional reports—participants renewed their calling as the redeemed people of Christ, commissioned to bear witness to the gospel in the world.

The assembly began with a reverent time of praise and the Word, as all attendees prayed in one heart for God to unite His church and transform cities across Asia through the gospel.
During the sessions, reports were presented from national assemblies under OAAP, highlighting church growth and mission expansion. Vision for new church planting and regional outreach was shared, and strategic directions were discussed in various fields including missions, education, media, and youth ministry.

A Shared Vision Toward World Evangelization

The GA was not merely an administrative meeting but a sacred moment of rededication to the global mission.
Participants reaffirmed that as part of the World Olivet Assembly (WOA), the power of the gospel transcends borders and cultures, uniting the church as one body in Christ. This shared conviction reflects the same spirit guiding regional GAs around the world this year.

This year’s gatherings emphasized “regional growth and church planting” as essential expressions of the Great Commission.
Likewise, OAAP is committed to sowing the seeds of the gospel across Asia, establishing new churches, and nurturing the next generation of leaders.
Throughout the sessions, representatives from each nation resolved to strengthen spiritual renewal and unity within their churches and shared concrete plans to advance mission collaboration across the region.
